Longfellow’s Wayside Inn, Sudbury MA and Bolton Springs Farm Rustic Wedding: Mackenzie + Eric
This wedding has instantly gone down as one of my favorites ever! Mackenzie and Eric met while both working in the Navy Marine Mammal Program working with dolphins. They are such fun people and share a love of family, animals, and adventure. Their intimate wedding was an eclectic mix of some of their favorite things, and it was so fun to see how they incorporated some of their loves. The ceremony took place on Eric’s family farm in the middle of the apple orchard. Some of the flowers that adorned the aisle were even picked fresh from the garden. Mackenzie represented her love of dolphins in her shoes and remembered her grandfather by incorporating his dogtags on her flowers and wearing matching bracelets with her mom that were made with his handwriting. After the ceremony, we did some formals on the farm before moving over to the Wayside Inn in Sudbury. Such a nice, laid back place with a beautiful, historic backdrop – horse drawn carriage and colonial musketeers and all! The reception details incorporated their love of beer with each table representing with of their favorite breweries, and I just love how everything was so representative of them. Here are some highlights of their special day!
