When I first met Katie and Tom I was immediately drawn to Katie’s energy and the balance and sweetness her and Tom seem to have in their relationship.  We had such a great time talking and even kicked Tom out of the coffee shop at one point so we could look at wedding dresses together!  🙂  (Sorry Tom!)

They met at work a few years ago when Tom was a consultant in Katie’s office.  She noticed his good looks, and that he was a sharp dressed man (cue music); and he noticed her bubbly personality and constant pep in her step.  After chatting a bit in the office, they eventually went on a date and the rest is history!  Tom is kind, caring, loving, silly, incredibly sweet, and the rock that keeps Katie grounded.  Katie is funny, understanding and full of life in way that pushes Tom out of his comfort zone – in a good way!  They love to laugh with each other, spend time with family and friends, stay active and make the most of each day.

For their engagement session we started in downtown Newburyport to get some brick building and park backdrops, and then headed to Plum Island to watch a beautiful sunset with the biggest, most glowing red setting sun I’ve ever seen!  Here are few images of their session!
