Katie and Kevin are a sweet, laid-back couple.  Katie’s an avid romance novel reader, and I guess you could say she found her leading man in Kevin.  🙂  They told me ahead of time that they were a little camera shy; but they were so comfortable with each other that they TOTALLY owned their session!

We met at Cliff Walk in Newport where Kevin proposed.  We walked along the trail, soaking up the ocean air and checking out all the “houses” along the way.  We made it down to Easton Beach just in time for sunset and got some of my favorite pictures of the session.  We even all went in the water (which was surprisingly warm); and I have to say it was so worth sitting in a wet sandy sundress on my 2 hour drive home to make those happen!  Here’s a look at their fun session…
