Diana and Steve met in college; but since there were a couple years apart and they both went to grad school in different locations, most of their relationship has been long distance.  They credit the fact that they are very easy going and are always looking for ways to have fun with each other as part of why they have been able to last and make the best of the distance. They love to laugh and go on adventures.  Diana loves that Steve is such a caring person and he always puts her and his family before himself.   Steve loves that Diana is very kind and caring towards family, and that she is very easy going and likes sports.  Of course, the only major downfall of their relationship is that Steve is a Jets fan and Diana is a huge Patriots fan, so football season is always pretty hostile.  But as Diana says “the Jets aren’t good so it’s a moot point.” 🙂

Diana and Steve decided to do their engagement session at Lynch Park in Beverly.  It has spaltecial meaning to Diana as she grew up traveling Europe.  When she would come to the states she would often be at her grandmother’s house which is a stone’s throw away from the park.  So she spent a lot of time in the area and it became a constant in her childhood.

As a garden lover, I was so excited to finally check this place out.  It’s been on my to-do list for a while, and it did not disappoint!  The manicured gardens were gorgeous and we caught lots of flowers in bloom.  The cute little beach with climbable rocks was a total bonus and gave us a little diversity in backdrops too.  Here are a few of my favorite images from their session!
