Holy Cross College Wedding and International Bolton Wedding: Brooke + Ryan

Ryan and Brooke grew up together in the same small town of Ashland, MA. They were always friendly and had similar interests, but it wasn’t until their senior year of high school that they started dating, and ultimately ended up going to the same college. Their relationship started as best friends and flourished from there; and it always just felt natural and meant to be.

Brooke loves that Ryan is incredibly kind and always good intentioned… talking to strangers, always thinking of others and lending a helping hand. As she says… his heart is so big and so pure, it’s one of the main things about Ryan that initially won her heart. Ryan loves Brooke’s fierceness and willingness to voice her opinions. She will tell you when you are wrong; she will encourage you when you need; and she will praise you when you are right. They also have a constant banter that always keeps each other honest and keeps their relationship fun.

Their wedding day was a formal, elegant affair. They both got ready at the International Golf Course in Bolton and then headed to their alma mater of Holy Cross College in Worcester to get married. The campus is absolutely gorgeous! It was a rainy day so we didn’t get to take advantage of it all, but some of the buildings had large covered patios and we were able to capture the charm and elegance of it without going too far and keeping everyone dry. After the ceremony, we headed to back to the International to do a few more pictures there and get ready for the party! They love to travel so they incorporated that passion in the theme of the day by having pictures at each table of a special destination that they’ve visited together!
