Tiffany and Jonathan met at work.  They started as friends but eventually started spending a LOT of time together.  🙂  She loves that he’s so caring and protective;  he loves that she is so smart and driven.  They describe themselves as somewhat quiet and soft spoken, though as I discovered in our session they love to laugh and have a ton of fun together too!

I was so excited to get to do an engagement session with them.  They live in California so, while I had a chance to meet Tiffany on one of her trips out here, I had never met Jonathan.  I was so grateful that they were able to squeeze in some time during their busy week preparing for their wedding.  It was such a great way for us to get to know each other before wedding day, which was 3 days after this session!  (So keep an eye out for that blog post soon! )

Tiffany fell in love with some pictures she had seen of the Boston Public Garden.  She also wanted to capture some of the Boston charm in Beacon Hill and the water backdrop of the Esplanade.  We took advantage of the beautiful light near my favorite willow trees in the Public Garden before exploring the other parts of the city.  Here are some of my favorites from their engagement session.
